Seed Selectors

At Metaga, we have developed different modularized machines for seed cleaning and selection, allowing for a myriad of combinations that adapt the equipment to our clients' needs. Additionally, modules allow for low-cost equipment enlargement.

We have debearders to remove awns or beards if necessary, and selectors which separate seed by width, and remove dust.

We also have sorting modules with indented cylinders (trieurs) which separate broken grains from round ones, large grains, wild oat, bitter vetches, common vetches, … always depending on the selected product.

We also manufacture a certified selection of high precision machinery that separates seed by density.

The application of our machines includes a wide range of products, such as barley, wheat, oat, corn, chickpea, alfalfa, sunflower seeds, millet, peas, lentils, carob beans, lettuce, tobacco, onions, tomatoes, etc.
