Model J3 Selector

J3 machine is a seed processing system for agro-industrial purposes, with an average production of between 3200-3500 kg of grain per hour. This machine is made up of modules  J3-L and J3-T, and its modular design allows customized configuration to each client's needs. This combined system can perform debearding tasks if necessary (barley, rice...) as well as cleaning and selection tasks by means of vibrating screen, extracting both dust and the smallest particles and finally separating broken grains from the round ones, wild oat, bitter vetches, common vetches, etc...

J3 machine includes:

• Auger conveyors for grain feeding with in-between holders to prevent grains from being broken.A conic debearder including a selecting pipe and unloading flow adjustment.
  
• A grain dispensing module including a breathing tank and adjustable feeder.
  
• A vibrating table including removable screens held by 8 silemblocks and powered by a compound eccentric wheel.
  
• An extraction module including 1cv ventilator and extractor hood adjustable to the screens exit.
  
• A cleaning system including screens and nylon, and rubber adjustable brushes.
  
• A screen set of different diameters for machine adjustment according to grain width.
  
• A battery including 2 trieurs held at their ends by elastic coupling with coaxial traction.
  
• An auger conveyor for the exit of the selected grains, including in-between holders for preventing grains from being broken.
  
• A seed processing system for mixing and dispensing tasks, including a stainless steel deposit for 100l. and a spraying pump.
